Orders can only be shipped to locations where all products in the order may be legally and compliantly shipped. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will not be able to complete your order at checkout.

Expedited Shipping: Delivery is generally expected within 1-2 business days after shipping label creation.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. LAMA Herbal Solutions is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

 

Inspecting Your Order

 

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If your shipment arrives damaged or you notice a shipping-related issue that has affected the condition of your product, please contact LAMA Herbal Solutions as soon as possible. We want the opportunity to address shipping-related problems promptly and make things right.

When contacting us about a damaged shipment, please retain the product and its original packaging, as photos or other information may be needed to help us resolve the issue.
